What does F1 do?
Shares adequate information apart from your curriculum that makes you think/act professional and would help you in developing your distinctiveness. Recruiters basically look for candidates who express themselves in terms of extra-mural actions and thinking ‘out of the box’. Accordingly F1 helps you to identify and develop your ingenuity.
How such idea came?
While we are studying almost everyone has came across this thought in your life "If someone has told about this, it will be much helpful". These things came to everyone because in some time we need some help from others to Guide us. But the thing is everyone is busy in his/her personal work. and another thing is there is no separate time for them to share all this especially in colleges. We also faced several problems like that and planned to form a team to share the knowledge which we gained so far to juniors.How to Fix Schedules?
